The Hexagon Trifecta is the ritualistic symbol that represents the Agile Squads framework and the core concepts behind it.

The triangular outline represents the balance and how all forces must be equal contributing to a purpose in order to succeed. Every member, every skill, counts.

When the triangle expands, a hexagon is revealed at the core. The hexagon represents the core values of the framework, that glues the three Squads together. Without those values, the framework collapses and fails.

At the center, lies the finite nature of the cycle. The cycle is the heartbeat and all efforts are aligned around short intervals, short deliverables and quick reaction to adaptation.
